Sure, Liz is my wife, but it doesn’t change the fact she sold my home. I took off my Real Estate Agent hat and became an everyday Seller (as a client, I was a bit of a pain in the neck but that’s another issue for another day). Other than signing the contract, I had nothing to do with the sale. Liz set the price, got me organised with home improvements, marketed the property, sold it and did everything from attending the Building and Pest inspections right through to negotiations and settlement. They gave her a five-star rating, a glowing reference and explained in detail why she’s excellent at her job. Read all of her five-star reviews and you’ll see how good she really is. Don’t take my word for it; her other clients say it much better than I ever could.

Liz is terrific. Liz estimated the value of the property beyond our expectations and then obtained an even better price. We are amazed at how she negotiated with the buyer. This is the second sale she has helped us with and we can not fault her professional interactions with us and the buyers. Despite contacting Liz from New Zealand via phone and email only, Liz and her team (including her husband) have been consistently supporting both me and my parents for property purchase as well as other issues during the agreement period. Liz was the agent for a recent property my parents bought and although technically an agent is for the seller, as the authorised representative for my parents and in dealing closely with her I can only give her praises for her professionalism at all times.
