Warm, bubbly and full of energy, Liza brings her own “ray of sunshine” personality to real estate.
As a Director and Sales Agent at LocalProperties.Au, Liza works closely alongside Peter Conaghan, combining her experience across sales, operations and client care with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and at ease.
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, Liza helps ensure the sales process runs smoothly from the very beginning right through to settlement. She keeps campaigns moving, communication flowing and clients informed, with a clear focus on helping Team Conaghan achieve outstanding results while creating a positive and memorable experience for both sellers and buyers.
Liza is also passionate about making LocalProperties.Au an active part of the local community — building genuine connections, supporting local people and keeping the agency closely connected to the communities it represents.
For Liza, success is about more than a sold sign. It’s about achieving the right result, building lasting relationships and creating an experience clients are happy to remember and confident to recommend.
Outside of real estate, Liza loves spending time with family and friends and getting involved in the local community. She has a passion for creating a beautiful and welcoming home, enjoys styling, gardening and entertaining, and loves travelling and listening to music whenever she gets the opportunity.
Together with Peter, she brings the energy, personality and personal touch that defines Team Conaghan and LocalProperties.Au.
