Ur score out of 5 for highest level is wrong I'd give her a 10 out of ten, she was amazing friendly and very professional, Liza was very helpful with my queries ,she went out of her way for me, she gave me a special inspection for my mum as I wanted to surprise her, which meant a lot to my mum, I had an issue which concerned me with water leakage on the balcony, was very impressed with her how she was concerned about it, as she knew I was, she rang the builder and organized builders to come to the house and inspect it, she gave me the correct person to talk to, and now the leakage issue will be fixed on 24th December as its still under structure warranty, and that is due to her great effort to make a client happy, krpeters is very lucky to have such a caring and professional person like her as an employee, she was brilliant thank you so so much liza ,you were absolutely awesome
