Firstly, Liza caught up with me just as I was starting to flag in the ground floor unit race. I was making little progress in what I wanted. It was then that in going back to my notes that, while trying to get in contact with an agent in another real-estate, the customer service person mentioned the unit [in Thornside] that Liza was handling. As this unit had been advertised for a number of weeks & while I had my eye on it, but didn't like the open car-port arrangement, I didn't chase it up; but on the Sat afternoon Liza chased me up saying she had expected me at that Sat's viewing of this unit. I thought about it for about for 10mins, then called her back, said I was interested, and Liza then went out of her way asking if I wanted a personal viewing on the Sunday morning; so I took her up on this. I saw that the garage problem wasn't really a problem. So I 'went for it'. Liza subsequently came to the unit for the building & pest inspection and finally came to my appointment with the conveyancing solicitor. She even asked me what sort of wine I preferred [to give to me as a gift to celebrate with] Liza has 17 years Real Estate selling experience, so, with this experience I was receiving from her, I became aware I was being delt with by a master of that profession, including integrity and a second to none, personal touch.
