I needed a quick sale, Liza was the only agent offered to Market the Unit. Liza was the correct agent to use. She had recently sold 2 other units in the complex and she instantly new the market and had potential buyers in mind. Her confidence and commitment achieved a great result and the quick sale that was needed. I would highly recommend Liza and her office staff as everyone made the sale at a difficult time a smooth process.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Liza for both the purchase and sale of my property. She strives for the best outcome for her client and is upfront at all times. She listens and tries to make the process as easy as possible. I couldn't have been happier in both of my dealings with Liza and would recommend her in a heart beat. She is contactable at all times of the day and every day of the week.

Liza made the purchase of our new property go smoothly. Her knowledge of real estate in the area was excellent. Liza was always available to assist with our questions and requests. Nothing was too much trouble and Liza followed up and kept us informed through the whole process.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Manly West that was marketed by Liza Martinez of McGrath Estate Agents at Wynnum Manly. From the moment we first enquired about the property, we found Liza to be a consummate professional. On the one hand, Liza was kind, polite, accommodating, and generous with her time. Conversely, Liza was very clearly an absolute seller's agent. Her presentation of the property was first class, and her client can be very proud of Liza's commitment to securing the best possible outcome. Competition for this property was acute, and Liza was adroit in managing her client's interests by gaining our best offer. We had intended to buy this property for investment, however we liked it so much we decided to move in. Liza's patience whilst we tweaked our arrangements with our bank was commendable, as we needed more time than first thought in order to finance our purchase. During a few tense days, I was very grateful for Liza's support and counsel, and it was a great relief to finalise our deal. Liza is a very competent and experienced agent, with wonderful people skills. I am very happy to recommend Liza to anyone wishing to purchase on the bayside or, indeed, considering selling.

I must admit our expectations were low when required to connect with a RE agent to sell our house and find us a new one. It was a great day when a friend referred us to Liza. What a dynamo and no challenge was too big for her. We can't thank her enough for her commitment to both selling our house and going above and beyond to find us a new place to buy that exactly met our needs. Her professional service and great personality has provided an all round delightful experience. We have great pleasure in recommending her and would without a doubt use her services again. You are the best Liza!!!!

Liza provided us with excellent service and demonstrated high level of professionalism while handling the sale of our investment property. She was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. She was flexible with timings and availability to show our property to prospective buyers and take tenants schedule into account. By taking through a number of interested parties over 4-5 weeks campaign she delivered us multiple offers and made buyers to compete for our property, which resulted in great outcome. Would definitely recommend Liza to anyone and use her services again if we are to buy / sell again in the same area.

Liza is extremely professional in all aspects, is friendly, caring and had our needs met quickly. Provided us with ample time to make decisions and got back to us in a very timely manner, whatever the time of day, with all questions we had. She was lovely and would highly recommend her. Thanks again Liza for making buying our family home a pleasure, and not at all a stressful time.

Liza is amazing, she really knows her stuff!! She and I hit it off immediately and I knew this would be a great working relationship. Liza sold our house in just 3 weeks to a lovely couple who I hope will love this house as much I have. Thank you Liza

I'm new to the buying market, and coming across Liza was a dream come true! Her friendly nature, professionalism and expertise meant that buying my first home was stress-free and simple! Liza kept me updated and in the loop through the whole process! She is an absolute asset and I would recommend her services to anyone needing an agent! I will certainly use her again!

Fantastic! Her communication skills are phenomenal. No question too small. No hour too late. So lovely. Despite being in another state I felt in the loop and up to date. She is on top of everything, I highly recommend her services.

Liza was willing to meet tradies and even had the grass cut the day before we got the keys. Cheers!

Liza was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she worked endlessly to find the right property for us & always provided updates. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liza to sell a property.
