Selling and buying through Liza Milchman Real Estate was a totally positive experience. We initially purchased through Liza where she was very fair and direct with negotiations. We then appointed Liza to sell our house. Whirlwind!!! Liza has incredible energy in organising a house for sale, nothing is a problem and she certainly goes the extra mile in assisting with house presentation and styling! She has a perfect balance of professionalism and being able to relate to people cutting through much Real Estate jargon. She is a fantastic communicator; every phone call is answered ; updates are always reliable and she is able to read and discuss the market variables. When I engaged Liza for potentially selling my home, she was extremely honest and explained how the market in St Andrew’s Beach was sitting. 3 months later, she reached out and honesty believed she could help us achieve our selling goal.. 9 days later our home was sold. Liza does not waste time, she works with local people who work with her to meet Vendor expectations. She is hands on, she helped move furniture for photo shoots, she arrived to opens and helped with final presentation touches. When the offers started coming in, she did not push greed, she was fair and reasonable in her discussions with the purchaser and honest with us ( Vendor). She outlined honesty what was a fair and reasonable price based on the market in the area she knows so well. Her honesty is what sets her above other agents in the area who tell you what you want to hear. I love her no ‘bull s$&t approach’! Just before settlement she helped facilitate additional selling of furniture and random questions from both Vendor or purchaser. Liza does not work normal hours- she has no normal hours… she works when her clients need her. I have never met a harder working Woman. She is more than worthy of her many agent of the year awards.. Liza was an outstanding agent. She was very open, honest and realistic about the current market conditions. Liza told us that properties were taking longer to sell at the moment. We listed with Liza and using her extensive network in the local area and her database the buyers came in and did a building report. The property was only listed on realestate.com.au for one day and was successfully sold to the buyer Liza introduced. Everything went smoothly and settled without a single issue. Liza was fantastic.

You can be assured that Liza is in your corner and will work to get the best result the market allows. Whilst her straight-forward no nonsense approach may not appeal to everyone; I suggest you'd be taking a risk by not following her advice and guidance. It was great to collaborate with Liza on the sale of our property. I'd strongly recommend her.
