Liza was straight down the line and didn't waste our time at any point. We felt that she had our interests at heart along the way - even when the negotiation heated up - and she did very little to deviate from her promise to get the price we wanted. Agents can promise much and then play games to lower expectations once you've signed on. Liza didn't do this. We told her our desired price and she didn't bother us with any talk below that level. She was easily contactable, and she only asked for guidance / decisions when absolutely necessary. Overall, she embodied the spirit of getting it done. Couldn't really be happier.

The purchase of this property proved a challenge due to a vendor with high expectations who was a challenge to communicate with (via the agent) due to her being located overseas in a different time zone. There were some ups and downs in getting the contract, and settlement finalised, but I was supported all the way by Liza who had to persevere to get this deal done for us.
