Selling and buying through Liza Milchman Real Estate was a totally positive experience. We initially purchased through Liza where she was very fair and direct with negotiations. We then appointed Liza to sell our house. Whirlwind!!! Liza has incredible energy in organising a house for sale, nothing is a problem and she certainly goes the extra mile in assisting with house presentation and styling! She has a perfect balance of professionalism and being able to relate to people cutting through much Real Estate jargon. She is a fantastic communicator; every phone call is answered ; updates are always reliable and she is able to read and discuss the market variables.
