I recently purchased an apartment sold by Lloyd and his team, and would recommend them to anyone. The team was very professional at every showing, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the apartment, being able to answer almost every question asked (and for the others, would quickly send an email confirming). The marketing materials they provided were of very high quality, and included a lot of additional information about the area, which was important to me as I am not moving to an area I have spent much time in. He also kept in touch well through the campaign, but was not as pushy as some agents. On the auction day, the team was seamless and it was one of the best run auctions I have been to - everything was well communicated and there was an appropriately large number of the team there assisting. Post-sale they remained very actively involved with answering questions, and ensuring a smooth settlement and move in. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Christine - she was very actively supportive and particularly during the auction made sure I was comfortable and able to bid. The whole team made me feel they were thrilled that I was successful at the auction.
