Lloyd's cold call on me, while I was catching up with work on my home, spurred me to get on with my intention to sell. His very pleasant open personality and the experience of his Director convinced me to deal with Barry Plan Mornington. Each step of the sale process with Lloyd and the Director was really a pleasant experience. We agreed a marketing plan and he kept to that plan, politely not allowing any requests for an inspection prior to the agreed first open day. These factors and the very good photgraphy would have contributed to the very good sale result I am sure.
