Llyod is new to this very competitive business this is his only disadvantage.I feel there could of been more support and mentoring by the company. Llyod was by far the was the most enthusiastic of all the agents we first approached and had the most realistic pricing bracket. He got things moving immediately which we liked. We were selling from interstate so he did keep us regularly up-dated with viewings etc. The photographer for this company is excellent

Communication was good, we loved the goodie package at the end.

Lloyd has been very helpful from the start. He helped advise me on aspects that would help the sale such as ordering new carpet and some landscaping that made a big difference. He always available to answer my questions seven days a week. His knowledge and advice helped in all aspects. He negotiated skillfully to get me what I feel was the best price.
