To whom it may concern, Recently we had a property we wanted to sell, after 3 agents I decided on Barry Plant for a number of reasons. Firstly they were honest in their expectations to the property selling in a reasonable bracket of time, secondly Lloyd rang me with every arrangement and after buyers had been with a comment or interested. 3rd, we were kept in the loop the whole time, before sale to after, I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd and Barry Plant to family and friends, the quality of service was great!
