I first contacted Lochie several days after receiving a hand delivered advertisement at my home address mailbox. I had considered selling for the past 5 years but had to deal with a fast-paced market and the task felt impossible. As an older Australian it hasn't been easy to navigate the vast number of agents and agencies. I found it stressful and overwhelming at times, and I had to overcome trust issues and take a leap of faith. However, I instinctively, felt that Lochie was the right person/agent. Young but wise, confident and assertive but thankfully not pushy. He is very much a direct and straight talker which I appreciated. Affective listening skills, attention to detail and unfailingly polite. Lochie never let me down. He listened intently to my situation and responded with empathy and well-grounded knowledge of the real-estate market. He displayed exceptional insight and analytical skills and stayed in touch at all times throughout the buying and selling process. As highlighted above, Lochie has exceptional communication skills. He also, relayed all important details on a daily basis. He impressed me with his excellent time management and punctuality - he was not once late with home inspections, and he gave full commitment to the sale. Much to Lochie's credit he sold my home within a few days of the listing. Furthr to that he negotiated an excellent deal for both parties. Lochie has regained my faith in "salespeople", and I highly recommend him as a trustworthy, professional real-estate agent.
