Lochie took the time to understand both the vendor’s and the buyer’s requirements in order to help develop a mutually beneficial contract for 90 day’s settlement. He kept us well informed throughout the contract negotiation process enabling timely decision making on our offer. Lochie also organised a vendor handover meeting and helped expedite the building inspection which allowed the contract to go unconditional on schedule.
