Lochie helped the reviewer sell this property

Excillent Agent - he is very persuasive and once he set a goal he will acheive it.

Lochie presented an initial offer below what I was expecting. I told him not to come back unless the buyer could meet my minimum price. A few hours later he called to say the buyer had agreed to my price, and I accepted. He negotiated strongly on my behalf and got the result I wanted. Highly recommended.
