We had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we were always kept up to date. His knowledge of the local market was impressive, and his advice and negotiation skills helped us achieve a great result. Professional, approachable and always happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Lochie and Anna were amazing to deal with from start to finish. We connected with Lochie straight away. He’s genuine, down to earth, honest and truly invested in helping his clients. He understood how much we wanted this home and worked so hard with the owner to make it happen. He was fantastic with negotiations, always available and never wasted anyone’s time. The whole process was quick, easy and stress-free. They made buying our dream home such a great experience. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Having sold several units in the building Lochie was well placed to reach out when an off market opportunity presented itself. Although we hadn't been looking to sell our investment property, he got us a great price that was hard to turn down. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and persistence in closing the deal.

He sold our home quickly while negotiating an outstanding result. His communication was exceptional, he was always responsive, kept us updated and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. His calm, reassuring approach took so much of the stress out of selling, and we always felt confident we were in good hands. We highly recommend Lochie to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent.

Lochie was keen as mustard from day 1 of the campaign. Communication was first rate and no request was too hard. He approached the sale with energy and positive attitude. We could not fault the Coastal team and Lochie led from the front. If and when we sell in Palm Beach again we would have no hesitation in engaging Lochie for that purpose.

Lochie was great to deal with, very transparent and responsive which was much appreciated

Lochie went above and beyond throughout the entire purchasing process. When our finance approval was delayed, he didn’t just keep following up with us he proactively communicated with the seller and ensured everyone remained aligned every step of the way. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We would highly recommend Lochie to anyone buying or selling property.

Not pushy very easy and respectful to work along side with. We wish Lochie the very best he’s a top agent :)

Lochie was pleasant, helpful and reliable in commmunication. His knowledge of the local market is excellent and his calm, professional demeanour made the whole process more pleasurable. His very helpful assistant Anna also made all the follow up before settlement very streamlined. Lochie’s professional approach gave me confidence in the whole process. His initial willingness to accommodate me first visiting the property led to him gaining a quick sale.

Lochie was unaware to the fact he was auditioning for the position of our agent months prior to us appointing him. As we are in a reasonably new apartment building we watched how he presented himself to not only potential buyers but also occupants of our building. After touching base with him he kept in contact with me (for months), not at all in a pressuring manner but friendly and engaged. His communication and honesty 100% matched my expectations, also numerous offers. 🙏

The entire sale process from engagement of his services, to marketing, open homes and auction was seamless and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Lochie’s communication is excellent, he has comprehensive local knowledge, is genuine and personable and has the perfect balance of energy and enthusiasm without being overbearing. Lochie made what can be a stressful experience, enjoyable.

Lochie is a very friendly and likeable young man, he is also very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. He was always easy to contact and prompt in answering all our questions and solving all our problems. We always felt very confident that he had our best interests at heart.
