Lochlan and his team was recommended to my wife and I by a family friend. I've heard other people complain about a lack of communication and feedback from their agent. Obviously seller anxiety is a corrosive part of the sale process, Lochlan's approach is to give immediate feedback following an 'open house' thereby minimising any concerns we may have had. Overall, Lochlan made the process as simple as possible.
