He is personable, he gained our trust in him within the first five minutes of our initial consultation. Our dealings were seamless, straight forward and carried through to the end of the sale. Sometimes you just click with people and Lochie is a genuinely good bloke. Sure he's in sales and that's all a part of the experience, but that doesn't remove anything from the authenticity with which he conducted every meeting, phone call, email, and txt. Right to the last detail, honestly he's absolutely clinical and makes the whole process more accessible than we've known before. He was able to take away a lot of the guess work for us too, and as we're new to selling in Australia there were a lot of things we came across that he was able to steer us through with our interests absolutely at the heart of it all. There were some bad moments though with other people involved in the process, but he personally covered the incompetence of the lawyers and auctioneers and fixed everything up himself, shielding us from any awkward or combative discussions, making sure we weren't out of pocket either (I think he may have even taken a personal hit with some of that). It was a little like having a mate help you with a big job, but with friendly professionalism thrown in. He's a great agent, and a good man. If you've had any experience with real estate you know there is precious little integrity around; Lochie is a diamond in a rough industry. If you get the chance to work with him, we honestly cannot recommend him enough.

From the first conversation, Lochy knew we were serious buyers and sellers. I felt comfortable and at ease chatting with him about a potential purchase, and the sale of our own property. Lochy made the whole process easy, he explained exactly how he would work towards getting us the best price for our home. No bull, no tip toeing around, just honest factual info on what the market was doing, and what we should expect from the process. It wasn't a hard decision to sign and sell with Lochy and the Local group.
