Logan Duncan-Smith

I contacted Logan because I wanted to get an expert to assist with my property purchase as a buyers agent. He was recommended by a colleague and I found him succinct, pleasant and efficient. With his help and guidance (with knowledge of certain things I had not appreciated were important and relevant to the process) we secured a successful offer on the house we wanted. This was the 5th house we had offered on in 18 months and all previous offers weren’t accepted. I have no doubt that the guidance Logan provided helped us achieve the successful outcome. We are so grateful for the accommodating and professional service we received from Logan, while purchasing our home. Logan was approachable and made sure the purchase went smoothly, always keeping us well-informed.

Logan is a really friendly and upbeat agent and was pleasant and responsive when we arranged a private viewing. He was also very open and honest about the pros and cons of the property which we found reassuring. However, we submitted the offer paperwork with one of his colleagues from Acton Belle and from that point it seemed like Logan wasn’t keeping up to date with the progress of the sale. Perhaps this was a communication issue. There were also a few quirks about the house which Logan did briefly mention (e.g use of the shared laundry, certain shared utility costs managed by the agency), but we have since discovered the details he gave us to be incorrect and he made no particular effort to clarify this information when we asked. Ultimately Logan was easy to work with and always made us feel welcome, but I would recommend that he comes prepared with much more detailed property information to keep future clients feeling confident and supported.

Logan made the sale incredibly easy! Being interstate, Logan took care of everything and made my life stress free. Cheers Logan!
