Logan came the first time to my home to do an appraisal for. I immediately liked Logan and was very impressed with his manner. I explained to him that I was not ready to sell yet and needed some time before putting the house on the market. He asked when I wanted him to get back to me and he waited until that time came before contacting me again. I don't like being constantly called when I have clearly stated I was not ready so was happy with the fact that he listened. When it came to selling my home I couldn't have got a better agent. Logan was thoughtful, diligent and I could contact him at any time and he always got back to me. He kept me informed about everything happening around the sale of my home.
