Lolit appealed to us from the start because she comes across as a no-nonsense and ethical person. She did not make wild promises, but tried very hard to get us a very acceptable result. All through the process, her service responses have been beyond par. We can recommend Lolit strongly to anyone buying or selling property.
Throughout our lifetime we have had quite a few dealings with real estate agents. Many good ones. But then we met Lolit. From our first meeting, the thorough appraisal of our unusual property, her perceptive attention to our personal situation, her in-depth market analysis, her tireless tracking and assessment of potential buyers, and consistently keeping us abreast of her progress step by step, has blown everyone else out of the water. Her meticulous attention to detail and gracious guidance to this at times nerve-wracking process has been professional and personal at the same time, ultimately concluding in a seamless settlement. I cannot recommend Lolit highly enough.
