Lolit was open and honest about the market and the evolving scenarios. She communicated s buyer feedback to us and provided almost live updates as the open inspections occurred. Lolit also assisted in facilitating support work that the house needed to maximize the sale result. As we were interstae she even videoed the sold sign going up on the for sale sign. Lolit also tracked the activities from contract signiture to setllement.
