Hi there, Lora was courteous and obliging to our every need through the process. She was fair and equitable and didn't try and take advantage at any stage. She gave all the required info we needed and kept us in the loop through all stages of the process. To top it off she informed us of what the neighbours were like and it couldn't have been closer to the truth. They are great and we are over the moon with the purchase.
