We used Lorenzo of Parkes Property recently to sell our home and found him to be not only very thorough, but friendly and approachable as well. He followed up every query efficiently and gave us feedback often. Every concern was dealt with in a quick and effortless manner. The admin in the office was also very impressive. All paperwork was explained in detail and questions were answered honestly. Without a doubt we would recommend Lorenzo.
Lorenzo is an excellent agent Very conscientious, diligent and trustworthy He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and patient with his clients I would not hesitate in recommending him.
Without hesitation, we commend Lorenzo for his professionalism and persistence and dedication during a 6 month marketing period. Lorenzo kept us informed a number of time every week about how many inspections were undertaken, details of potential purchasers and ultimately negotiated an outstanding price for a property that had a lot of competition in the marketplace. Lorenzo is a great communicator with his clients and potential purchasers and demonstrated a positive attitude at all times and an enjoyable relationship was maintained at all times. Well done Lorenzo and many thanks. Kind regards, Ray and Valerie F.

After listening to the client’s needs Lorenzo narrowed down their choices to 2 apartments. The purchaser picked apartment 111 which suited their downsizing requirements and Lorenzo’s professional approach ensured that the purchasers were confident enough to make a decision to purchase the apartment on the spot without a fuss.
