What made my experience memorable was the way Loretta Khoo handled the sale of my house from the very start to the end, past the sale date of my house. I have had experience with other agents but Loretta stands out for her professional conduct, her ability to communicate and understanding. This was the first time I have ever sold a house and I have very little idea of what I was doing. I had in my head that auction was far too risky and I may not get the price I want which would affect my next venture. But Loretta came in and set me straight. So to auction we went. I was concerned that the house value may not be accurate and we'd get less than expected at auction, but during this process the value was never underestimated and we were never filled with false home. It came to auction day and the bids started slow. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Then someone flicked a switch and the bids where coming in hard and fast. The whole process from start to finish was easy and I would sell through Loretta again.
