We found Lori-Ana Esse to be knowledgeable, easy to communicate with also patient and understanding and happy to go over things as often as it takes for you to understand it. If she doesn't know something she is not afraid to say so and then to find out to our satisfaction. We found her to be well dressed and punctual. She took very good care of our home when doing open inspections. We would happily recommend her to any potential clients.
I had a few surprises when purchasing with Lori-Ana: 1. I received a text message from her that literally stated, "The vendors are happy with your offer and look forward to completing the paperwork," but was then told that the vendor wanted a sale price $2,000 higher. I assumed that being happy with my offer meant that it was accepted, as I had signed all documents and the vendors were at the point of signing the same documents. 2. The house remained as "Under Offer" on realestate.com for nearly the entire settlement period, which was several weeks after which my now higher offer was unconditional. In summary I think Lori-Ana is more focused on serving a vendor than a buyer.
