Lorinda was absolutely amazing and achieved a very good sale for us, way above the reserve, in difficult circumstances. Her attention to detail is excellent and Lorinda knows the lower north shore extremely well. We have already recommended her to other clients of ours who wish to buy in the area. Please consider using Lorinda and her firm - you won't be disappointed.
We could not be more impressed with Lorinda‘s market knowledge, advice and professionalism. It’s a great result and a stress free process.
Our experience with Lorinda was 10 out of 10. She is great communicater and hard working. We’ll recommend her to everyone who wants a trustworthy Agent working for them
I initially chose Lorinda after witnessing her recent successful sales result for another studio within the same building. Lorinda has done it again! Only two weeks after my property was listed on the market, Lorinda had it under contract. Her efficiency and seamless approach to the entire process made it stress-free for me. I was very impressed by Lorinda's exceptional selling and negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Lorinda if you are looking to sell your property. Thanks again, Lorinda!
Lorinda has a strong work ethic; is knowledgeable, experienced, a professional in all aspects of selling real estate. Feedback after showing the property was prompt, Lorinda was considerate of vendor expenses, diligent, pleasant and trustworthy. Lorinda sold my property via WhatsApp video in the middle of gloomy weather conditions, lightning, thunder and rain. Exchange of contracts took place within twenty-four hours and settlement a week later. Thank you Lorinda, you served me well.
Lorinda was great to work with. She developed a winning sales and marketing strategy and guided me through every step of the process. She is a clear communicator and manages expectations of all parties. She was laser focused on driving towards an outcome I was happy with. Highly recommended.
Lorinda was extremely helpful throughout different stages of our purchase process. Very understanding of our needs and is always able to response very promptly. I would recommend Lorinda to any of my friends looking to buy/sell.
My wife and i were delighted with Lorinda's professionalism and diligence, all served up with a good dose of humour and confidence. We have bought and sold many homes and Lorinda has been a stand out in terms of customer service and courtesy. We also appreciated her honesty and transparency - there were no tricks or shortcuts - just fair dinkum ethical conduct, both for us and the potential buyers. The house sold quickly and within the range Lorinda advised us. We cannot recommend her too highly.
Lorinda is a very competent totally professional real estate agent. We live on the mid north coast, my husband has been overseas the entire time so we had had to rely totally on Lorinda and her flexibility to coordinate preparations for selling and the whole auction campaign. Throughout we were kept informed of every aspect of the sale: the individual buyers, the market changes and the strategies for a successful sale. Close to the auction we received an offer from left field and Lorinda carefully managed to keep everyone updated with the situation so that in the end we accepted another offer (from the buyer who had been keen all along) over our reserve price 2 days prior. We were able to close that buyer under auction conditions. Throughout Lorinda was a delight to work with providing detailed reports after every inspection, and supporting us at every step. Lorinda is engaging, honest, dependable and very warm, even over the phone her positive cheerful manner made her calls the highlight of our day!
After contacting Lorinda, she went straight to work and we had firm offers by the end of the week. By the following Monday, we executed a contract. Lorinda is vendor focused doing everything she could to get us the best price.
Lorinda did an excellent job highlighting the unique selling points of my property and then building a sales campaign narrative that led to a great result. Her experience enabled her to manage a complex and drawn out transaction in a way that gave both the buyer and seller confidence in the process. I can happily recommend Lorinda and her team to anyone thinking of selling or buying.
Lorinda is amazing, I have worked with many agent over the years and I would say she is the best that I have ever worked with.
