I am not one to heap praise. I believe if you do your job well, you reap the benefits and that is your reward. However, in this instance I am compelled to comment. Lorna Dade was recommended to me by a trusted associate. I was lucky to have been given some 'intel' on her capabilities that perhaps is not public domain knowledge and, as it transpired, it was priceless. I had done my homework on agents, market conditions and property values in the locale prior to engaging with any agent. Lorna was one of three agents contacted in my process of elimination. She provided me with a valuation that was significantly higher than my expectations; and, made several recommendations on what strategy should be taken. Her recommendations were followed. Lorna negotiated an exceptional offer in her valuation range within the first week of listing (the for sale sign wasn't even up!). I can state with great elation, that Lorna Dade exceeded my expectations for sale price and time to sell. Absolutely brilliant outcome all round. Lorna has earned my enduring trust and respect. Lorna Dade is a remarkable agent. The kind you hope for but never dream of getting. Nothing was too much trouble, no detail too small - like sourcing a remote in Queensland for an automatic garage door. She was a genuine warm human being which no doubt assisted the purchaser as well as the seller (us). She spent time discovering the attributes and history of the house which enabled her to represent it really well.
