Lorna Hickson in regards to the property I have just purchased was very helpful and professional. Any questions I had about the property were answered promptly, anything Lorna was not certain of, she quickly looked into and got back to me with the answers. I would definitely recommend Lorna Hickson to any one looking to purchase a property in the Singleton area.
Whether Residential or Commercial property Lorna and Peter have their finger on the property pulse. Our third property sold through Peter Dunn Real Estate in 10years. Our latest property received two offers above expectation and sold in a week. Who could ask for more?
My entire experience with Lorna was an extremely positive one. As I was an inexperienced first home buyer, she was helpful in explaining every step of the process in a very warm and genuine way.
If Lorna hadn't persisted in us viewing the property and managing our financing so that purchasing was possible, we would not have been able to purchase the property. Her and Elise's communication and experience in sales showed through the whole process and we thank them very much. Nothing was a bother to them. We recommend to anyone purchasing or selling a property to consider these two sales ladies.
It is a pleasure to engage with a genuine professional who listens and responds to every need or issue. Our expectation achieved within one week, Lorna always communicating with clarity and honesty with sharp attention to process detail. In an uncertain market, coupled with an unexpected family death, both Lorna and Peter Dunn displayed empathy and confidence whilst securing a great result.
Lorna was extremely helpful and friendly. She is a very professional young woman who knows her market extremely well. She has listened and communicated with us at every step of the way in the purchase of our property. She made the transaction smooth and positive for us. We cannot fault her. She shared her considerable knowledge of the area with us which made our decision to purchase a positive one. We highly recommend Lorna to anyone considering purchasing a property in Singleton.
Lorna has such great people skills and a thorough knowledge of What people want out of both buying and selling a property. Each step is so thorough and professional it is actually a pleasure to engage.

For three properties, again Laura has provided an excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to her.
