I had an absolute pleasure to participate in a property inspection with Lorna before I have purchased. Lorna was showing me the property for the first time and I really felt like home. It was finally the property we were looking for so long, with all the features we wanted to have. Lorna gave me a property background and also pointed out features I would have missed to inspect. Inspection was very informative and professional. I got contacted shortly after making an offer and I was guided smoothly through the purchase process. Thank you Lorna, and big thanks to Peter Dunn Agency for guiding me through the process!

Sold my house in just 10 days. I have nothing but praise for Lorna. Such a dedicated, passionate professional. So knowledgeable and extremely helpful, definitely goes above and beyond. The highest standard of service was provided right from the start which has continued after my settlement in search of a new home. Thank you so much Lorna and Pete - Love your work. So very pleased with the outcome!

We bought our dream home through Lorna. She went above and beyond to help us. Communication was amazing even after hours! This Lady doesn’t stop. Thankyou Lorna -Peter Dunn

We throughly enjoyed purchasing a home through Peter Dunn Real Estate, mainly because of the attentive client service from Lorna. Lorna was countable throughout the entire process and was able to assist us with all our needs. The experience was smooth and enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend using Peter Dunn Real Estate to find your perfect home. Thanks for helping us buy our dream home.

We found Lorna very easy to deal with and was responsive to any issues. Lorna also has a vast knowledge of the Singleton region. Would definitely use Lorna if buying property in the future.

Following a few anxious months, Lorna has just sold my house in Singleton and we exchanged today. Hooray!! Her tenacity ensured that we finally got over the line, with satisfactory negotiations between myself and the purchaser. It really didn't take that long to sell ... it just felt like forever from my end. Lorna has kept me informed throughout the entire sale, conducted inspections in a professional manner (particularly during the current COVID crisis), and continued to reassure me when I felt a little dismayed that it was "all part of the process". Thanks for everything Lorna.

I had looked at another property with Lorna but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I hadn’t seen this house listed until Lorna sent me an email through letting me know it was on the market and to come have a look if I was interested. Always available by phone or email, and ensured the process was always moving forward. I’m appreciative of the efforts to get the sale over the line as quickly as possible.

Lorna, went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our property. Lorna answered all our questions and if she didn’t know she found out for us. Lorna is highly recommend

A time poor, workaholic with little to no knowledge of real estate is who I am. Lorna went above and beyond to help me find my first home. She took the time to get to know me and understand my life and what it was I needed in a home. Lorna took all the hard work out of it and was easily able to work around my busy schedule. Within a week of meeting Lorna I was excitedly inspecting my now new home after months of unsuccessful house hunting. Even after my offer was excepted she was there every step of the way to answer any and every question I had with her wealth of knowledge and experience. I was told by many that buying my first home would be stressful and time consuming, but I could not have had a more pleasurable experience thanks to Lorna.

Lorna was so friendly and positive throughout the sale that we felt relaxed and safe in her very capable hands. The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing seemed to be a bother to them. What more could I say.... I would recommend Lorna Hickson to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. Lorna is not a 9 to 5 person. I don’t know when she finds time to relax as she seems to work very long hours and is always there for you.

Lorna is an amazing agent. She takes the time to get to know your situation as a seller and as a buyer to guarantee a quick, stress free sale. She always kept us in the loop with what was happening. We honestly could not have asked for anything more from her! We thank you so much Lorna!

We can’t thank Lorna enough for her work. She provided really helpful market insights before listing our property and offered sound advice on how best to present and market it. She achieved an excellent price and her service and communication have been exemplary from day one. She’s easily Singleton’s best agent and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective buyers or sellers.
