The purchase involved a slightly unusual contract so the assistance provided with exchange negotiations was appreciated. Ultimately, good communication and a relatively straightforward purchase, so there's not a great deal more to say.

Called Peter Dunn Real Estate with very short notice to inspect a house, with out hesitation lorna was out there to help us out. When we met at the property she was very polite and happy and welcoming to us. We then went to inspect the house, she showed us around with out being pushy or rude.
