Lorna was knowledgeable and friendly, not wasting our time quick with each part of the process with personal recommendations and leaving it up to us to make choices. The sale was accepted without the back and forth lies other agents use (pretending other buyers are interested last minute, changing the offer price levels). The transparency and ease of getting an agreement within 24 hours from the owner made things very simple and Lorna was involved helping us get the inspections done and a final look the day before settlement for any last minute damages to fix.
