She really knows her area, tenants, landlords; because she puts the time and care into them. Super responsive and always available when we needed her throughout the whole process. She made herself available after hours to suit our needs without a second thought. Answered all our questions openly, she is down to earth and genuine and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She clearly has both vendor and buyer interests at heart. We are now using Wardle for our property management as well - because of Lorraine's great service! I can't recommend Lorraine highly enough.
