Owning a property in Roxby Downs is not without its challenges, In most cases you would expect some capital gains when owning a property for a number of years but not in this post code. While the sale of the property took some time, this was due t market conditions and not unexpected. Once a buyer did present themselves, Lorraine worked hard to satisfy the many requests of the buyer to ensure the sale of the property went through as smooth as possible.
