A timeline and communication schedule was set up during the marketing campaign which ensured we were kept in the loop druing the 4 week period leading up to auction. The In room auction is well run and vendors should consider if this is the right option for them. Lorry ensured our weekly meetings were met with regular updates on potential buyers and their comnments . In all we would highly recommend Lorry as a "down the earth guy" who has valued area experience and knowledge.
