After speaking to a few agents in the area, Lou & Frank came out to see myself and my wife and we knew then & there that they were the ones that were the right people for the job. There were no empty promises or selling the dream, only realistic figures and the process of the auction system was explained to us very well and we felt at ease. Nothing was ever to much for the guys (as we are both in our 70's & not to good with tech etc.) we were always assisted & kept informed and up to date with every little step and progress along the way, from phone calls, sms's, emails & reports, we never felt out of the loop as we have before in the past with other experiences. There knowledge, service and attitude is second to none and to top it all off, we ended up selling on auction day for well above our reserve and expectations... Could not be happier!!
