We decided on Lou Rendina and his team as our agents. They were particularly knowledgeable about our suburb and surrounding suburbs. They kept us informed about progress and were honest with us about the value of our property and our sale prospects. Lou was also able to pivot quickly and adjust where required to the 'market'. They understoood our circumstances and the emotion of parting with our long term family home. They provided us with good advice and where needed access to quality trades/professionals to help prepare our home for the campaign. What we also liked was that Lou Rendina was ever present at our inspections etc and so it assisted being able to put a real person to the Agency name. Thank you also to Frank Mammone.
