I had interviewed several other agents in the area to sell a property but compared to Lou Rinnovasi, they were all amateurs. From the moment I first met with Lou I knew he was the real deal. In our initial meeting, Lou presented me with a detailed plan on how best to sell my property, previous sales in the area and all costs involved. Nothing was hidden. Better than other Agents Expected! Lou was a fantastic agent that constantly kept me informed on how the process was going the level of interest and then what he finally thought the end sale price would be. We were going to take the property to Auction and the campaign was for 6 weeks. Lou had it all done and dusted in just under 3 weeks with a price that I believe could have been achieved at auction under competition but possibly less. We had 1 person willing to make a good offer to secure the property as we had no genuine competition the result was fantastic. This of course saved me time & money by avoiding more marketing costs. Lou exceeded every other agents price estimation by $45k by using his very experienced negotiation skills. Several other agents told me they l would not get past a certain price point in fact one agent stated his career on it and said if anyone says they can they are just buying your business.
