When I was looking to put my house on the market, I went into the process not trusting real estate agents in general. This was my first time selling a property, and I was wary of being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous realtor. When I met Louie though, I felt that I could trust him straight away. He explained the process of selling my property, and arranged another appointment with me to go over the information again with my mum! I also knew straight up how much marketing would cost, and what the commission would be. I was skeptical though when he told me how much to list my property for. His recommendation was 10% above what I thought would be the absolute maximum price I would get. I went with it, even though I didn't think I would get that much. Long story short, my property sold after a single open house. The buyer tried to negotiate a lower price, but Louie managed to get the full asking price after only two days of negotiations. I was absolutely ecstatic. Louie's communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and he kept me up to date every step of the way. I expected this process to take several months, so the fact we went from being on the market to sold in a period of only three weeks was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Louie as an honest and hard-working real estate agent who gets results. Words cannot express my gratitude for everything he has done for me. I would not hesitate to use his services again.
