It is one thing that you see the property profiles on real estate websites, it is quite another until you get to the suburb and inspect the property yourself to know that whether you have made the right decision. It was late on Sat afternoon when Geoff and I walked into the real estate office where Louie asked us a few questions, for example what was our budget, what sort of apartment are we looking for and how far approved were we on the documentation front. He narrowed down to a few apartments for us and pointed to this particular flat that was close to the high street and train station that will suit our budget and what we are looking for. He took us to the flat for a quick inspection, and talked about the Campsie on how it has changed over the 20 years he has been in the real estate, and the surrounding blocks. He presented himself as genuine, complete with local knowledge and expertise, affable and pleasant to deal with. We did our research on the property and was interested in purchasing it. He managed our expectations through the purchasing process as a real estate agent, he gave us a lot of confidence and he presented with much professionalism till settlement, especially when we are first time buyers. We couldn't thank him enough for his recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would like consider purchasing a property in the Campsie area.
