Louis is a professional and acted accordingly with interested buyers and always followed up on details, nothing was too hard for him. We had multiple open houses and our house probably took longer to sell, but we were extremely happy with how everything turned out selling our house. Dealing with Louis was a refreshing change he not only went out of his way to help me pack a few things while I was having a bit of a tuff time and did a bit of a clean to show it prior to me getting a professional in (I live in Noosa and could not get there). Louis did all of this while the Tamborine community was going through a disaster, what a legend, and still managed to get expressions of interest well before we really got into any marketing and within a few weeks (2) he had it sold at above the agreed price, which was an absolute bonus.
