Louis has a calm demeanour which is certainly important when dealing in the emotionally charged sphere of buying &/or selling a house. As the purchaser in this case, I found him very helpful and accommodating whilst maintaining his professionalism. The real question is whether I'd use him to sell my property (or recommend him to others) and the answer is an unequivocal yes.
