Louis had the tricky job of selling my property just when the great Covid19 lockdowns of 2020 commenced. He managed it all very well keeping up to date with all the Covid requirements and finding buyers during this difficult time. Louis stood by my decisions to tough it out when we were seeking a suitable price for my property and in the end I got a good price for the property.

Louis was realistic and positive about selling my property. Nothing was an issue and he made sure everything went smoothly. He was amazing at communication, always letting me know when inspections were booked and how it all went afterwards. He was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend Louis to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Louis was true professional from the start. He was always available to answer any questions we had about the property and helped where he could.

I can't thank Louis enough for his caring and helpfulness in selling my family home of 32 years. He made a very emotional time easier with his professional but comforting nature. It has been a quick and successful sale. I highly recommend Louis and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We had great success in the sale of our townhouse in Fawkner. We highly recommend selling with Louis as he was very professional throughout the campaign. A pleasure to work with. Thank you for a great experience.

Louis was professional and understanding with me when I sold my house during what was a stressful time for me and during 2020, a year that has been very unpredictable and challenging. I followed Louis's advice and was able to obtain a price higher then my reserve.

As a first time home buyer, I was quite nervous entering the property market. I found Louis to be open and honest in showing me properties that I would be interested in and in my price range. He answered all my questions and was always prompt to reply. Louis made purchasing my first home fun and exciting but easing all my fears.

Pleasure to deal with

Louis showed me a couple of houses before I purchased and was always pleasant and not at all pushy as some agents can be. I loved the fact he had suggestions on how to make the house I purchased achieve its full potential. It really helped me to see how my new house could be altered to suit my needs.

Louis is a very friendly and approachable person. He kept us up to date throughout the full buying process. He was very responsive and was even available on a Sunday, which was beyond our expectations. I would use Louis for future transactions.

Absolutely true to his word. Very profanation in his work. Hope he keeps it up in the next property which he is all ready assigned to. He made us feel as if we known him for a long time which in fact we have not even met.

We had a great experience with Louis in selling our property in this interesting year full of challenges. He maintained a positive attitude and informative communication with us at all times, responding to any questions that we had expediently. Louis capably led us through this process and the result exceeded our expectations. I would definitely trust him to when buying or selling any future properties.
