I would highly recommend Louis Stapleton. I am a first home buyer and was impressed by Louis professional and personal conduct. Louis is honest, fair and reliable. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and supportive to a new home buyer. He would respond to texts / calls within minutes and is happy to accomodate requests (such as viewings etc). I suppose what makes Louis different than other agents; is his personal touch. Louis must have sold 1000s of home - yet I detected some true happiness that he sold a property to a young family. He also took his time and made a lot of photos at the ‘for sale sign’. I think for a first home buyer buying a home is a huge deal and I felt supported throughout this experience.
