Having been in the industry through a number of property cycles, Louis is a consistent and proven high achiever in all types of markets. A leader in sales and marketing technique and strategy, he developed the concept of the personalised “Attraction Business Plan” to create massive buyer enquiry on marketed properties. His strong negotiation skills ensure he converts this buyer interest into above-market prices for his clients. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer, Louis prides himself on his reputation for honesty and integrity when dealing with both owners and purchasers. Currently he resides on the Northern Beaches with his family, and makes the most of his leisure to enjoy the beachside lifestyle and working on his golf handicap as a member of Long Reef Golf Club, and also enjoys travel, red wine and rugby (league and union).
