Prior to listing we received a comprehensive breakdown of a Comparative Market Analysis for our property & surrounding area. With this information & advice from Louisa we could move forward with a realistic price & strategy. We loved the video she did of the property, it was very inviting, added with her marketing we believe it definitely played an important part in selling our property, Louisa made it approachable. With a negative building & pest report, lead to an intitial contract being terminated, but Louisa went through the report with the prospective buyers, which resulted in a second contract & eventually a sale.
