Louise has been managing our unit for the past 4 years. As resident manager for the complex when we decided tht it was time to sell she was the obvious choice as she also works with RAAS as a real estate agent. After the first open house in early December she rang me with an offer which was over the offers above price so we accepted. however that sale fell through so Louise relisted the property. two weeks later she rang me with an offer of $17.500 more than the original buyer with a 30 day settlement. louise has been a great agent for us.
