From the time in late March (when we registered our house for sale with Cathy Maria Real Estate and met Louise) until Settlement of the sale at the end of July we only have praise for the way she managed the whole sale process. She had a buyer for us the day after the house went on the market, but unfortunately early in April the purchasers withdrew from the sale 24 hours before the end of the 'cooling-off period' "due to personal circumstances". Undeterred Louise immediately organised an Open House for the following Saturday and each Saturday would keep us well informed about the potential buyers who turned up and whether or not they were likely buyers. This continued until the middle of June, and although we were becoming a little despondent and even contemplated taking our house off the market, Louise's cheery personality and gift of encouragement prompted us to 'hang in'. The reward for her persistence was the arrival at the tenth Open House of a couple she knew, and she assured us that they would probably buy as the house suited them in so many ways. This turned out to be the case, and she then organised the date of Settlement to suit us. Our experience of having Louise as our Agent has only been positive.
