You can tell from her professionalism and attitude that she loves what she does and that she does it with a lot of thought and care for the people involved. This makes you feel more comfortable when making big decisions like buying a house and making sure you have all requirements in place for a smooth transaction leading to settlement. Even after settlement Louise and the team at Raine & Horne went above and beyond to ensure the place was presentable and welcoming once we got the keys, such a great experience.
