Point Reality were amazing. They were very clear on there marketing outline for an off the plan sale. The work up front that they did with the plans was the true standout for me and it was free off charge ( apart of there services ) Once the game plan was set they executed effectively and raised the street record with the sale. I have done numerous deals with Point Reality now and they amaze me with there local market knowledge and massive data base off buyers.
